Some punk. Some hardcore. Some things that probably fall somewhere between punk and hardcore? Some things that probably fall just outside punk and hardcore? Adjacent? Genres are hard. Go find something new to listen to on repeat like I am.

10/17: Normy
New music Monday? I listened to the new EP, WHAT ON GODS GREEN EARTH. Fast, fun punk. Well done. Favorite Track: Rest In Pieces (really any of them)
10/18: Tarnish
New music Tuesday? I checked out the new EP, Things I Haven’t Lost Yet. Post-hardcore/emo vibes. I appreciate the acoustic closer. Favorite Track: Always Said
10/19: Breakup Haircut
New music Wednesday? I stumbled upon the new full length, Punk Dancing for Self Defence. I pushed play and couldn’t look away. Fun somewhere between pop/indie/punk jams? Favorite Track: I Don’t Wanna Be Your Friend (or I Wish)
10/20: Love Kills Joy
I started with the 2020 EP, Self-Help and then checked out the newer singles. That slightly scruffy(?) 90s punk/emo sound you can’t not enjoy. Favorite Track: Sometimes Life Is Boring / And I Want You…
10/21: Berthold City
New music Friday! I checked out the new full length When Words Are Not Enough. It’s hardcore. It rips. Well done. Favorite Track: Left With Nothing
10/22: Discourage
New music Saturday? I listened to the new full length, Disaster Fatigue. It’s hardcore. It rips. Well done. Favorite Track: Asterisk
10/23: Rutterkin
I checked out the 2021 full length, A Portal For Spirits. Can you listen to Survival Psychology and not want to keep listening? It’s a wild ride of a record. Well done. Favorite Track: Great American Pastime
